摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing an alkylsilyl group the removal of which by oxidative desilylation is impossible by the scission of a C-Si bond. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for introducing a hydrogen atom on a carbon atom by breaking the carbon-silicon bond of an organosilicon compound represented by formula 1 (wherein, R is a group selected from the group consisting of an aryl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group and an alkyl group; R' is a group independently selected from the group of organic groups consisting of an aryl group, an alkenyl group, an allyl group and an alkyl group, and a group containing a hetero atom and selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, a halogen, an alkoxy group, a siloxy group, hydrogen and a silyl group, and Si is bonded to R-group by a C-Si bond; n is an integer of≥1; when n is≥2, the SiR'<SB>3</SB>group is the same or different; especially, a case in which at least two groups of R' are alkyl groups, and the remainder is a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, a siloxy group, a halogen, hydrogen or a silyl group is preferable) by mixing the organosilicon compound with water and putting the resultant mixture in a supercritical condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
