PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a caller to perform money management by helping the caller to manage a call charge and call time in an IP telephone system by notifying the caller about the call charge and the call time. SOLUTION: This call charge notifying device in the IP telephone device has a timer means for timing the call time, a call charge calculating means for calculating the call charge corresponding to the call time obtained from the timer means, and a call charge notifying means of notifying an IP telephone device side being a call source about the call charge calculated by the call charge calculating means by transmission.
