PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair for the game parlors and a game parlor managing system which enable the players to be accurately informed of the emergencies within the game parlors and/or to be given music as desired while keeping the atmosphere hygienic. SOLUTION: The chair 100 for the game parlors is provided with a receiver 70 for receiving a first signal for indicating the emergencies within the game parlor as such from a game parlor management room 80 and/or a second signal indicating at least one channel containing the aural information, speakers 13a and 13b which are installed on the back part 40 thereof for regulating the attitudes of the players and output the first and second signals converted to the voices, a control part 31 which outputs the first signal in priority when the first and/or second signals are received with the receiver 70 and a light emitting part 10 which changes the direction of guidance for guiding the players by the flickering pattern of emission and/or colors when the receiver 70 receives the first signal.
