PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve muscle strength of the dominant hand for playing golf and to improve the power in swinging in playing golf simultaneously. SOLUTION: In Fig., a main boy of a circular cylindrical dumbbell in which a grip part for golf is made to become a gripping part has a width and a depth sufficient to accommodate the five fingers, and a weight is formed above the gripping part.
