PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method, radio communication apparatus and radio communication system for parallel performing broadcast transmission and two-way communications. SOLUTION: When performing dedicated short range communication between a road side machine 100 and an onboard apparatus 110, in a frame 203, the road side machine 100 transmits slot assignment information assigned to an outgoing control slot FCMS and assigns a slot for two-way communications to the onboard apparatus 110. The on-vehicle apparatus 110 transmits two-way communication data to the road side machine 100 with a communication slot MDS<SB>D</SB>(3) assigned to the apparatus 110. Besides, the road side machine 100 transmits broadcast communication data while assigning them to communication slots MDS<SB>D</SB>(1), MDS<SB>D</SB>(2), MDS<SB>D</SB>(4) for outgoing communication in the same temporal position as slots to which incoming control slots ACTS(1), ACTS(2), ACTS(4) from the onboard apparatus 110 to the road side machine 100 are assigned.
