PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel inconveniences generated when a user is in a position apart from a portable communication terminal. SOLUTION: A mobile information communication terminal 1 comprises a mobile body 10 and a cellular phone 20. The cellular phone 20 is removably fitted to the mobile body 10. When the cellular phone 20 receives a call (or an electronic mail), the cellular phone 20 sounds an incoming tone for notifying an incoming call. Then, the user 100 of the mobile information communication terminal 1 notices the incoming call and waves his/her hand. The mobile body 10 identifies operation for waving his/her hand to detect the position of a user 100, and approaches the position of the detected user 100. When the mobile body 10 sufficiently approaches the user 100, the user 100 picks up the cellular phone 20 mounted on the mobile body 10 for performing a phone conversation or the like.
