PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a switch by miniaturizing a metal mould used for assembly of a fixed terminal for forming a connection terminal part, and to facilitate the attachment of a contact piece in assembling the switch at the same time. SOLUTION: This switch 10 is used for changing over on/off of a first fixed terminal 30 and a second fixed terminal 40 mounted in a housing body 20a by a contact piece 50 formed in the housing body 20a. The fixed terminal 30 in contact with a bent part 50c of the contact piece 50 is formed with a die; by forming a contact slot 30d on a contact part 30c of the other end of the fixed terminal 30, the contact piece 50 is mounted in the switch 10 and thereafter a fixed part 50b of the contact piece 50 is positioned in the housing body 20a to lock the bent part 50c to the contact slot 30d. In the state wherein the bent part 50c is locked to the contact slot 30d, the locking state can be kept against energizing force in a compression direction by using energizing force in a twisting direction of the contact piece 50, so that the need of a fixing tool in assembling the switch 10 is obviated.
