PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of an operating lever by fixing an arm at a position near the operating lever, and to improve working efficiency by enabling delicate lever operation. SOLUTION: A wrist position adjusting device 20 is provided between a lever stand 17 and a wrist rest 19, which adjusts a position of the wrist rest 19 in a vertical direction so as to adjust a height position of a wrist of an operator according to a position of a grip 18A of the operating lever 18. Therefore, even if the size of a hand of an operator, the length of fingers, a habit and a preference of operating the lever, are different, the operator can fix the wrist at a suitable position, and stably carry out delicate lever operation by operating the grip 18A of the operating lever 18 with fingertips. The wrist position adjusting device 20 can continuously adjust the height position of the wrist rest 19 by a screw member 23, and finely adjust the height position of the wrist.
