PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a washer and a hinge arm to each other without welding between the washer and the hinge arm by mounting the hinge arm on a door with a bolt. SOLUTION: The washer 1 furnished with a projected part 1c making contact with the hinge arm 3 is arranged between a bearing surface 8a of the bolt 8 and the hinge arm 3, and the washer 1 and the hinge arm 3 are connected to each other by interposing a thermosetting adhesive tape 2 in a space surrounded by the projected part 1c, the hinge arm 3 and the washer 1 in a state where the projected part 1c of the washer 1 makes contact with the hinge arm 3.
