PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a semi-solidified metallic slurry in which the manufacture and the discharge of the semi-solidified metallic slurry with high quality can be easily executed in a short period of time and which is excellent in cooperation properties with the succeeding process. SOLUTION: A plunger 5 is lowered so as to store molten metal M poured from the upper end side of a sleeve 2. The molten metal M is poured into a slurry manufacturing region on the upper end side of the sleeve 2. The electromagnetic field is impressed to the molten metal M in the sleeve 2 with an electromagnetic field impressing coil device 11 of an agitation part 1. The semi-solidified metallic slurry is manufactured from the molten metal M in the sleeve 2. The plunger 5 is elevated. The semi-solidified metallic slurry in the sleeve 2 is taken out.
