The process involves associating a braking device to a control device (13). The control device is connected to sensors (14) to identify brake chatter vibrations, reciprocal variation of Eigen frequencies of an engine-wheel vibrating system and wheel-body being variable during a starting process. The Eigen frequency is modified by modifying the rigidity of a connecting unit during the coupling of a clutch. An independent claim is also included for power train to compensate brake chatter vibrations.
