PURPOSE: Provided is functional rice coated with the extract of Rhus verniciflua. The extracted components of Rhus verniciflua has antioxidation and anticancer effects. Therefore, it recovers and improves the human health. CONSTITUTION: The functional rice coated with the extract of Rhus verniciflua is manufactured by the steps of: preparing the extract of Rhus verniciflua, wherein the flavonoid content is 50% or more of the total solids; and spraying the extract to the rice concentrated to 1-10%(w/w); and drying th rice.
