PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of images and to enable information extraction capable of dealing with compression processing and image editing processing by a multiplexed information by dividing a digital dynamic image into plural fine block images, performing frequency conversion for each block image and multiplexing the subordinate information, while converting the value of a frequency component. SOLUTION: A source image (main information) 2 of the digital dynamic image is inputted together with an information embedding parameter 3 composed of the initial value of a random number, frequency component change width and information (subordinate information) to be multiplexed. An image-decomposing processing part 5 decomposes the inputted source image 2 into block images in accordance with a predetermined decomposing method and successively sends them to an information multiplexing processing part 6. The information multiplexing processing part 6 performs information multiplexing to the component of a comparatively low-frequency area, while using frequency conversion and performing frequency conversion in a block size large than a block size to be used for information compression. An image- reconstituting processing part 7 reconstitutes the information multiplexed image blocks and outputs an information multiplexed image 4. |
