PURPOSE: To provide a tread pattern of excellent control stability on a wet road surface and hydroplaning characteristic in a high maneuverability tire applicable even to sport running. CONSTITUTION: This high maneuverability pneumatic tire is provided with a rib 1 in the center circumferential direction provided on a pattern center, many directional slant grooves 4 extending slantingly to the circumferential direction up to right and left tread ends, and directional slant blocks 2, 3 extending slantingly to the circumferential direction. In a tread territory inside the positions of about 40-70% of the distance from the pattern center to tread ends, the center lines of the blocks 2, 3 are extended at low angles of about 20-40 degrees against the circumferential direction, in the outside territories up to both ends of the tread, they are extended slantingly at high angles of about 60-70 degrees, and outside blocks of which the width in the circumferential direction is small in the inside territory and wide in the outside territory, and inside blocks of which the width is narrow in the outside territory and wide in the inside territory are alternately arranged. |
