PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use generated electric power for other uses such as charging of a battery as well as for cooling in a cooling system for electronic components and the like that uses a thermoelectric element. SOLUTION: A first thermoelectric element 2a and a second thermoelectric element 2b having heating sides below are arranged in parallel at the center of the surface of a semiconductor element 1. A cross-shaped second heat sink 10 is joined to the surface of the cooling side of the thermoelectric elements 2a and 2b. A DC fan motor 5 having a blowing side below is disposed at the center above the element 1 via a frame 4. The first thermoelectric element 2a makes closed-circuit connection with the fan motor 5 and a diode 16, and a capacitor 13 is connected in parallel with the motor 5. The second thermoelectric element 2b is connected to the diode 15 and an output terminal, and a capacitor 14 is connected in parallel with an external output terminal. |
