<p>In the control chamber (12) is a sealing/operating component (13) enclosed in elastic material and pivotably located on the housing. The sealing/operating component is movable between a closed position, in which it covers the sealing seat (14) with one of its ends, and an opening position in which it frees the sealing seat. The sealing/operating component forms a two-armed lever, the pivot bearing (22) of which is formed by a casing (18) of elastic material tightly enclosing it and tensioned between two flat parts (10,11) of the housing.
