PURPOSE: An uniting device of an accessory is provided, to unite a hair band, a necklace, a bag or a button by using decoration beads and a uniting bead for the improved decoration effect. CONSTITUTION: The uniting device of an accessory comprises decoration beads(1) which are formed by connecting a plurality of beads with a rubber cord(4) to form a penetration hole(2) at the center part; and a uniting bead(3) which is united with the decoration beads by penetrating into the penetration hole of the decoration beads. Preferably the decoration beads and the uniting bead are connected each other by a rubber cord or are present independently. Preferably the uniting bead comprises two up and down beads combined each other, and the combined uniting beads are hooked to the decoration beads.
