PURPOSE: A vessel for removing floating materials from water, drinks, wine, milk or food, and a method for preparing water, drinks, wine or milk using or cooking food using the same vessel are provided, thereby effectively removing floating materials such as harmful materials from water, drinks, wine, milk or food, so that stability and quality of water, drinks, wine, milk or food can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The vessel for removing floating materials from water, drinks, wine, milk or food comprises the parts of: a lower construct(26); an outer case(27); a support; an upper connecting bar; a lower connecting bar; a pocket hanger(33); an upper projection; a lower connecting bar inserting portion; a medium connecting bar inserting upper projection; a medium connecting bar inserting lower projection; an upper connecting bar projection; an upper connecting bar inserting portion; an inner inserting portion; an outer case inserting portion(42); and a case inserting portion. The method for removing floating materials from water, drinks, wine or milk using or cooking food using the same vessel comprises the steps of: pouring a portion of the content of a first bottle into a second bottle with the content until the content of the second bottle is overflowed; and pouring a portion of the content of the second bottle into the first bottle until the content of the first bottle is overflowed.
