PURPOSE: Provided is an easily replaceable hole bobber which is easily, conveniently replaceable without cutting a fishing line, which is easily connected to or disconnected from an inner pipe of the bobber, which enables the fishing line to be securely maintained in the inner pipe even when the inner pipe rotates, and which prevents water from flowing into a main body of the hole bobber using cushion pads inserted into cut portions of the bobber. CONSTITUTION: The hole bobber comprises: a main body(10); an outer pipe(20) fixedly inserted into the main body(10); a couple of cushion pads(14) inserted into the main body(10); an inner pipe(30) upwardly inserted into the outer pipe(20); a lower bob(40) installed at a lower portion of the main body(10); and a rotary pipe(50) inserted into the outer pipe(20). The main body(10) includes a guide hole(11), a cutting portion(12), and a fixing groove(13). The outer pipe(20) includes an insertion tube(21), a head portion(22), a cutting portion(23), and a rotation guide groove(26). The inner pipe(30) includes an insertion tube(31), a head portion(32), a cutting portion(33), a rectangular hole(38), an elastic portion(35), an elastic protrusion(36), a fixing groove(37), and a rotation protrusion(39). The rotary pipe(50) includes a rectangular body(51), a head portion(52), a cutting portion(53), and a locking protrusion(54).
