PURPOSE: An electrical apparatus is provided to lengthen the lifespan of the electrical apparatus and prevent the damage of an electrolytic capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An electrical apparatus comprises a circuit board(30), providing an electrolytic capacitor(34) and electrical components, and a case(4). The housing accommodates the circuit board. The electrical components include resin containing one or more halogen compounds of about 1% by weight or less in terms of bromine(Br).
