A first track member 1 has a base or end stop 6 mounted at an end of the track and a second track member 5 slidably mounted in the first track 1. The base or end stop member 6 includes a slot 62 and the slot has a bent or curved section 621. A sliding member 7 runs in the slot 62 and includes front legs 71 and rear legs 72. A spring 8 or elastic member is attached between the front leg 71 of the sliding member 7 and an end of the base or end stop member 6. The sliding member 7 has a sloped or inclined face 73 and a recessed portion 74 forming a resilient plate.
