The rotation transmission device includes a one-way clutch which makes a connection integrally and rotatably between the windmill and the rotor in a state in which a rotation speed of the windmill is higher than a rotation speed of the rotor, and which releases the connection in a state in which the rotation speed of the windmill is lower than the rotation speed of the rotor. |
