The device has a localized detection unit and a scanning unit to scan, point by point, all inscriptions formed by a marker on a plane surface of graphics tablet (1). A recording module in a microprocessor (3) stores and updates data representative of inscription in a memory. A printing unit (5) connected to the microprocessor reproduces an image representative of data corresponding to the inscription formed on a plane surface.
