PURPOSE: A microorganism Bacillus sp. RKY3(KCTC 10412BP) producing chitosanase and a manufacturing process for producing the chitosanase using the same microorganism are provided, thereby cheaply mass-producing chitosanase from chitosan by enzymatic hydrolysis. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Bacillus sp. RKY3(KCTC 10412BP) producing chitosanase is provided, wherein Bacillus sp. RKY3(KCTC 10412BP) is isolated from the soybean paste. The manufacturing process for producing chitosanase using Bacillus sp. RKY3(KCTC 10412BP) comprises the steps of: inoculating Bacillus sp. RKY3(KCTC 10412BP) into a medium containing 30 g/l of maltose, 15 g/l of beef extract, 1 g/l of (NH4)2HPO4, 1 g/l of MgSO4 7H2O and 0.6 g/l of KCl, and culturing the medium at 38 deg. C, 300 rpm, 0.2 vvm and pH 7 for 27 to 30 hours.
