PURPOSE: A finishing device of fine flock of fabric and a manufacturing method thereof are capable of forming the flocks without using another fiber member to express texture, forming the fine flock on the fabric and producing fabric having new texture. CONSTITUTION: A finishing device of fine flock of fabric comprises: a tension roller part(200) containing a feeding roller(2) connected with a tension adjusting motor(20), a tension roller(4) and feeding guide rollers(6,8,10,12); a flock finishing part(100) containing a diamond coating roller(1), a rotation motor(10) driving the diamond coating roller(1), a design roller(3) and flock finishing part guide roller(5,7,9,11); and a transferring part(300) comprised of first transfer rollers(30,31) and second transfer rollers(32,33) for guiding the fine flock fabric. A finishing method thereof is as follows: putting the fabric between the diamond coating roller(1) and the design roller(3) designed on intaglio and relief; rotating the design roller(3) in accordance with fabric discharge speed; and then forming the fine flock on a side contacted with the diamond coating roller(1) by abrasion and etching of the diamond coating roller(1). |
