PURPOSE: A roasting plate is provided to prevent meat from being scorched and dried, and to improve the flavor of meat. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate is composed of a base frame(2) having a handle(3) and coupled to reinforcing bars(2a), a plurality of support units(5) welded to the top of the base frame and having flame passages(5a), a fixed bar(6) fixed to one side of the support unit, a rotary bar(8) disposed at the other side of the support unit, and oil absorption members(9). Grooves(4) are formed between the support units. The rotary bar is rotatably fixed to the base frame, and is hooked to a hook(7) formed at the base frame. The oil absorption members are fit into the grooves, and are fixed to the fixed bar and the rotary bar. |
