PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering personal contents information using an Internet messenger, a personal homepage, and a communication network are provided to display the personal contents information and associated contents set by a user and other user in a friend list of the user through the wired/wireless communication network to the Internet messenger or a mini homepage. CONSTITUTION: A messenger server(100) requests a personal contents information inquiry set by the user or other user registered to the friend list if the user logs in to the messenger, and displays the personal contents information to the messenger. A CP(Contents Provider) server(400) provides contents to a value added service subscriber. A wired/wireless communication provider server(500) stores/manages value added service subscriber information and the personal contents information provided from the CP server. A gateway server(300) requests a personal contents list and the CP information set to the user and other users registered to the friend list to the wired/wireless communication provider server if the inquiry is received from the messenger server, and transmits the personal contents information to the messenger server. |
