Cosmetic and/or dermatological composition (A), sprayable as an aerosol for hair styling, which, when the spray contacts a surface, e.g. of hair, it forms an unstable foam that decomposes within 0.1-30, preferably 0.1-3, s. (A) comprises 30-50wt.% hydrophilic solvent (I); at least one solvent (II) that reduces the surface tension; a single propellant (III); and one or more film-forming polymers (IV) that are amphoteric, nonionic, cationic or preferably anionic.
