PURPOSE: A method and a system for issuing plural passwords and discriminatingly processing business by each authority of financial goods are provided to restrict the authority of the financial goods depending on the respective passwords or display only the financial goods information passing a preset information processing procedure by assigning the passwords to one financial good. CONSTITUTION: The authority for using the financial goods is discriminatingly given to two users and the password for using the authority is differently given to each user depending on the authority of the financial goods. User computers(301,302) are respectively equipped with a web browser for connecting to the system. A web server(304) asks the password to the user if the user is connected. A database(305) stores the financial goods information, the passwords differently assigned to the financial goods depending on the authority, and contents for an information processing procedure.
