PURPOSE: A seesaw chair for the physically handicapped person is provided, which can move on a road and also go up and down stairs by three wheels in which seven gears are mounted. CONSTITUTION: The wheels(13) and a wheel holder(14) are rotated by the rotation of a helical gear(6), wherein the up and down movement of a gear(2) rotates a pinion gear(3) and a speed change gear(4) bonded to the pinion gear(3) is rotated, therefore a gear(5) is rotated by the power transfer and the helical gear(6) is rotated. And when a speed change lever is operated, front and rear wheels are rotated around a stair valence holder(11) as a central shaft of the wheels and a support of the three wheels is rotated together, therefore the seesaw chair can go up and down stairs.
