PURPOSE: A front wheel driving apparatus for a bicycle is provided to increase a driving force of the bicycle by driving a front wheel of the bicycle by the reciprocation of a handle. CONSTITUTION: A front wheel driving apparatus for a bicycle is composed of a handle(10) installed at one end of a bicycle body(1) and performing a rotary reciprocation, a straight motion converting member(30) coupled to the handle, a rotation converting member(40) connected to one end of the straight motion converting member, and a rotation transmitting member(60) connected to the rotation converting member. The straight motion converting member converts the rotary reciprocation of the handle into a straight-line motion. The rotation converting member converts the straight-line motion into a rotary motion. The rotation transmitting member transmits the rotary motion to a wheel. |
