摘要 PURPOSE: A rotary valve distributor for switching flow direction of a regenerative incinerator is provided to increase the ratio of an exhaust portion to an inhalation portion so as to reduce the use amount of regenerative materials and increase the regenerative efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A rotary valve distributor for switching flow direction of a regenerative incinerator is composed of a separation plate(101), a valve opening(102), a valve partition(103), a dead zone(104) and fuzzy zone(105) for preventing the mixing of gas, and a fuzzy gas outlet(106). Inhalation portions(S1¯S3) and exhaust portions(S5¯S11) are divided with the separation plate. The division ratio of the exhaust portions to the inhalation portions is from 51% to 99%. By increasing the portions for exhausting the treated gas, the heat recovery efficiency increases as compared with an incinerator having the same ratio of the exhaust portions to the inhalation portions.
