Optoelectronic detector assembly for suppression of unwanted harmonics

The system (34) has detector components (34.1-34.8) whose geometrical form provides filtering of unwanted harmonics from scanning signals. The total number of detector components of a same non-rectangular geometrical form are arranged one immediately after another, in a fringe-displacement direction, in a fringe-pattern period. The adjacent detector components contact each other along a shared contact line. An independent claim is also included for a position-measuring device for determining a position of two objects movable relative to each other.
