PURPOSE: A reversible, disposable hand acupuncture set useful in transfusion of blood or Ringer's solution is provided to enable the blood or Ringer's solution to be rapidly injected into user's blood vessel without regurgitation by withdrawing a needle in a state that the blood vessel is pierced with the needle for acupuncture therapy. CONSTITUTION: The reversible, disposable hand acupuncture set(10) comprises: a main body(11) connected with a needle tube(12); a metal needle protection case(20) fitted into the main body(11) and having a protective projection(22) to allow a metal needle(15) to be placed outside the same, the metal needle(15) having a projection(16) made of latex or rubber; a solution supply line connecting portion(30) inserted into the main body(11); a film membrane cylinder(40) connected with an outer portion of the solution supply line connecting portion(30); and a connecting portion(50) connected with the solution supply line connecting portion(30) and fitted into a latex tube(52).
