PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer adhesive which is used for bonding a chlorinated vinyl polymer to a polyamide or polyester polymer and is excellent in adhesive properties, mechanical strengths, resistances to heat and cold, and coextrudability by using, as the adhesive, a thermoplastic polyurethane having a specified melt viscosity. SOLUTION: This adhesive is used for bonding a polyamide or polyester polymer to a chlorinated vinyl polymer represented by formula I and/or II [wherein m and n (each, mol%) are each 0-100 provided m+n]. A thermoplastic polyurethane used as the adhesive is pref. one prepd. by using a polyether- or polyester-based diol as the high-molecular diol and an arom., alicyclic, or aliph. diisocyanate having a mol.wt. of 500 or lower as the org. diisocyanate. The polyurethane has a melt viscosityηa of 250-800Pa.s at 220 deg.C at a shear rate of 100/sec. |
