The door entry device has at least one function module fitted into a mounting frame (10,12), provided with a locking device for preventing unauthorised removal of the function module. The locking device has at least one spring-loaded locking catch (18), which fits behind a locking edge provided by the inserted function module and which can only be released via a key. The locking catch cooperates with a ramp having a complementary opening to the contour of the inserted key and operated by the later for releasing the locking catch.
