The controller (1) has a non-volatile memory (15) e.g. flash-EPROM, for storing operating parameters of the controller, and a receiving terminal (91) for receiving activation or deactivation commands of the controller by a user. A processing module (12) determines an operating parameter writing end state in the memory and stores the end state in the zone after determining the writing end state.
