<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a resin pipe that a thin one causes a warp and can not be reused, while a thick one needs to be made of several layers for thickness, for a cured resin generates heat in the process of manufacture, and this brings about disadvantages that productivity is low and the product is heavy and hard to handle, in view of the demand for the reusable resin pipe as a core of cloth, instead of a paper pipe which is impossible to reuse. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced resin pipe 1 is provided with a foamed roll layer 3 formed inside by rolling foamed nonwoven fabric which holds numerous microballoons inside, and therefore it is light in weight and easy to handle. Though it is a thick one, a cured resin layer 4 on the outside can be made thin, since the inside of the thickness of the pipe is occupied by the foamed roll layer 3. Therefore it is possible to suppress the generation of heat from the cured resin in the process of forming the cured resin layer 4 and productivity is made excellent. Though the resin pipe 1 is light in weight, it is formed to be thick and therefore a warp or the like hardly occurs in the core, even when it is used repeatedly as the core. Thus, it can be reused for a long period.</p> |
