The present invention relates to a casting roll cleansing apparatus capable of improving durability of an edge dam. The casting roll cleansing apparatus comprises: a frame arranged on a side of a casting roll; a cleansing part installed in the frame rotatably, eliminating foreign substances remaining on the side of the casting roll while a brush rotates; an absorption part arranged on the frame, absorbing the eliminated foreign substances by being inserted into a center of the brush; and a spraying part arranged on the frame, spraying air to the side of the casting roll. By the same configuration, the casting roll cleansing apparatus is able to obtain an effect of preventing an edge dam from being damaged by preventing the foreign substances from being mixed to the edge dam again as the apparatus is able to remove the foreign substances remaining in a slot formed on the side of the casting roll. |
