PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic camera with excellent user-friendliness that can conduct processing with high image quality by applying specific image processing to an image within a limit without giving an adverse effect on the processing of the entire camera. SOLUTION: This electronic camera is provided with a cubic interpolation section 702 to enhance the image quality of a photographed image. Furthermore, the interpolation by the cubic interpolation section 702 is limited to only image processing after photographing such as monitor display of the photographed image, print output and recording on a removable memory so as to quickly process the AE processing, the AF processing and the photographing. |
