<p>In a surgical operation apparatus to be used in a surgical operation within a body cavity, in particular, circulatory organs, respiratory organs, or abdominal cavity, a tip portion of a manipulator is operated, being inserted into a target region within an organ within a living body (104), while making monitor on imaging diagnostic equipment. This apparatus comprises: an image information detector unit (101, 103) for detecting image information within a body, including the target region therein; a manipulator mechanism unit (102) for operating the tip portion within the target region; and an operation inputting unit (116, 117) for inputting operation information therein. A controller unit (110), for controlling those, changes a condition of information detection while referring to the image information detected by the image information detector unit, and also controls the manipulator mechanism unit (102) in accordance with the operation information inputted into the operation inputting unit (116, 117), wherein a portion of the manipulator mechanism unit (102) and a portion of the image information detector unit (101, 103) are made use in common with each other. <IMAGE></p> |
