PURPOSE: A filter assembly of a dish washer is provided to improve the reliability of a product by preventing the transmission of the vibration of a washing pump to the overall dish washer and to enhance the performance of a filter by pulverizing the filth contained in the washing water and making the washing waste pass through multiple filters. CONSTITUTION: A filter assembly comprises a grill(82) installed on the upper face of a water collecting vessel(56) and filtering out large-sized filth or broken dishes, a flexible tube(84) installed between the water collecting vessel and a washing pump(70) and damping the vibration generated from the washing pump and transmitted to the water collecting vessel, a pulverizing unit(86) installed between the flexible tube and the washing pump and pulverizing the filth contained in the washing water flowing to the washing pump, and an intermediate filter(84) installed at the inlet of a pump case(72) and filtering filth out of the washing water passing through the pulverizing unit.
