PURPOSE: An apparatus for shaping rod shape of popped rice seasoned with taffy liquid is provided. Therefore, the productivity and quality of the rod shape of popped rice is increased by continuously carrying out mixing and shaping processes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for shaping rod shape of popped rice seasoned with taffy liquid comprises a mixing device for mixing popped rice with taffy liquid; and a shaping device for shaping rod shape of popped rice with taffy liquid, wherein the mixing device comprises a lower opening/closing device(17) positioned under the mixing device, transferring the popped rice and taffy liquid mixture into the shaping device, and being opened and closed by a cylinder(18); a mixture receiving plate(21) positioned under the lower opening/closing device(17); and a mixture inserting device(23) positioned in one side of the mixture receiving plate(21) and inserting the popped rice and taffy liquid mixture on the mixture receiving plate(21) to the shaping device by a cylinder(22).
