The present invention provides an apparatus for adjusting a seat back bolster which comprises: a fixing bracket fixedly installed in a side frame of a seat back having a suspension to elastically support an upper body of a passenger; an adjusting member rotationally installed in the fixing bracket, wherein an end portion at one side is connected to the suspension, and another end portion at the other side extends forward; and a volume adjusting mechanism rotationally installed to be interlocked with the adjusting member of the side frame for the suspension to be pressurized by a load of a passenger to be rotated along with the adjusting member which is rotated when being moved, so as to adjust a volume amount of the seat bolster.
