PURPOSE: An insulator is provided to obtain a vibration motor having a compact configuration by reducing the axial length of the motor. CONSTITUTION: An insulator(61) comprises a disk portion(62a) arranged to contact at least one side of a rotor core along the axial direction of a rotary shaft of a motor; a shaft accommodating portion(62b) protruded into a predetermined length from the center of the disk portion, along the axial direction of the rotary shaft, wherein the shaft accommodating portion has a shaft hole(65) for accommodating the rotary shaft; and a protrusion(62c) protruded from the outer circumference of the disk portion, along the thickness-wise direction of the disk portion. The rotor core and the rotor coil of the motor are coupled to the rotary shaft in such a manner that the rotor core and the rotor coil are insulated from each other.
