摘要
本案系使用高浓度且折射率较光纤光芯稍低之光增益介质贴附于具有长作用长度的侧磨光纤表面,以制作一体积小、杂讯低且价格便宜之光放大器及雷射产生器,其特点为使用有效作用长度极长之侧磨光纤元件配合具高掺杂浓度的光增益介质,并在光纤研磨区域的光芯内部写入一能将泵浦光反射至光增益介质的光纤光栅,利用此种结构可以有效提升泵浦效率,并避免自发辐射被过度放大,而消耗了激发光功率及影响光信号品质的缺点。
