PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of loess fabric and wallpaper is characterized by ripening a loess disperse solution, adding a stain-proofing agent, a fastness enhancing agent, a thickener and an emulsifier to the disperse solution, printing fabric with a padding machine, heat-fixing the fabric with a tenter and increasing durability. The loess fabric and wallpaper are characterized by radiating anion and emitting special fragrance of loess. CONSTITUTION: Loess fabric is obtained by the steps of: dispersing 10wt.% of dried fine loess powder into 90wt.% of water, followed by mixing a mixture with a mixer; ripening the mixture for 2-3days to manufacture a loess disperse solution; mixing under 5wt.% of a stain-proofing agent, under 5wt.% of a fastness enhancing agent, 5-50wt.% of an adhesive, under 5wt.% of thickener and under 5wt.% of an emulsifier with 50-95wt.% of the loess disperse solution to manufacture a loess printing solution; printing patterns on the fabric with the printing solution with a padding machine; adding anion and perfume to the printed fabric; and then heat-fixing loess to the fabric with a tenter. Loess wallpaper is obtained by preparing the heat-fixed fabric and bonding the fabric on paper. |
