ZEOLITE X FROM WASTE AND METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING THEREOF REDUCING MANUFACTURING COSTS

PURPOSE: Provided are a zeolite X from waste and a method for synthesizing thereof which is able to reduce manufacturing costs and prevent the environmental pollution by preparing the zeolite X from the waste as starting materials. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of (a) respectively preparing solutions containing slag, sodium aluminate and silicone dioxide, each generated from waste; (b) mixing the solutions prepared from the step (a); (c) ripening the mixture for 10-15 hours at normal temperature; and (d) reacting the ripened mixture to prepare a single-phase zeolite.
