PURPOSE: A roller type fluid discharging device is provided to effect homogeneous fluid discharge with smooth rolling, by being mounted on the top of a liquid container as a cap, thereby helping uniform coating of the discharged fluid onto the desired surface. CONSTITUTION: The roller type fluid discharging device is produced by mounting a roller(3) onto the opening for fluid discharge in a liquid container(1), wherein the fluid(2) in the container can be discharged through the surface of the roller by operating, i.e. rotating the roller. Optionally, the surface of the roller has grooves.
