PURPOSE: Provided is a clip for holding papers to be easily mounted about papers by hands without any help of a clip mounting device, to insert papers with strong clipping force; and not to have volume when piling up the clipped papers because of the simple structure of the clip. CONSTITUTION: The clip for holding papers comprises a first clip member(20) and a second clip member(30). The steel piece divided into the two clip members is interlocked by one-push operation and is separated by one-push operation. The first clip member(20) includes an acute angled bending piece(22) and a nipper piece(24) from extended from the acute angled bending piece which includes a slide rail(22a) at both ends. The second clip member(30) includes an acute angled bending piece(32) and a nipper piece(34) corresponding to the acute angled piece(22) and the nipper piece(24) of the first clip member(30).
